Cheap wins in international contacts, cheap is the major reason Filipinos are hired. If Filipinos are better educated then Saudi should be hiring our engineering firms, not engineers to work as peons.

If we have good education then Filipino engineering firms should be hired to go build dams in China or oil wells in Saudi. Whats happening now is German or American firms are building this international projects and subcontracting manual labor jobs to college educated Filipinos. Harsh but that is the sad reality.
