If we have good education then Filipino engineering firms should be hired to go build dams in China or oil wells in Saudi. Whats happening now is German or American firms are building this international projects and subcontracting manual labor jobs to college educated Filipinos. Harsh but that is the sad reality.

As far as Saudi Arabia's hiring for engineering contractor firms is concern, we are just bound to have this so called "wishful thinking". We are simply not able to compete with any other counties who belong to the FIRST WORLD, Vinceli. Remember that we are only rich in manpower resources (of course other than natural resources), and that's our pinoy workers. I hope that you got my point.
