There's an easy Hobbit eating routine you can follow:
First breakfast, second breakfast, elevensies, luncheon, afternoon tea, dinner, and supper
=weight gain.

Now, if you want to gain weight the right way, you're going to have to go do some exercisin' along with your diet. Tama si SeanMartin. Kainin mo yung mga yon. You don't have to buy Whey yet. Especially, because you're just starting out. Familiarize yourself with your body first.

Mabuti na yung malaman mo yung tungkol sa nutrition ngayon. Kasi, yung ibang tao, mapayat nga sila nung bata pa sila, eh biglang tataba dahil hindi marunong mag-control ng sarili. Pareho parin kasi yung eating habits nila. Walang hintuan pag kumakain. Akala nila hindi sila tataba kasi payatin sila. Pero pag bumagal na yung metabolism, nagsisisi sila.

Anyways, kain lang ng kain tapos simulan mo na rin mag weights. Ganyan din ako dati. Nung highschool ako, tanda ko pa na 125 lbs lang ako. Tapos tuloy tuloy na hanggang naging 160 ako ngayon.
