Hello Freya,
A quality post or thread should be relevant, helpful, and provide value to other members. It doesn't necessarily need to be long.
It should abide to these old rules:
No text talk (ex. d2 na si me, knina p kta hinihi2ntay)
No ALL CAPS post (ex. HI IM NEW HERE)
No aLtErNaTeCaPs (ex. hEllo To aLL, nEwBiE laNG Ako)
There are those who will attempt to abuse the new rule by replying with tons of one-liners. They will eventually be banned and all their "hard work," deleted.
So the only workaround is to make posts and threads that will be useful to the community.

Those who post ads/links in the wrong forums, do the old regulations still apply?

Thanks!
