i get compliments on how nice my facial skin is...smooth and pimple-free. i told them my secret: i don't use anything. seems to surprise them. i only wash my face with water because soap dries my skin. and hindi naman din kasi ako taghiyawatin.

dito kasi kung anu-anong nilalagay sa mukha ng mga babae. saka uso makeup dito.

Not much beauty secrets here...just moisturizers, body baths and body lotions..

hair: i skip washing with shampoo if i can get away with it

, condition occasionally, cut|style every six months or so

skin: bath + hand|body lotion + occasional deodorant

, occasional DIY hand spa|salon foot spa

face: facial wash + moisturizer---same brand, light make-up when necessary

others: occasional manicure (no polish)|pedicure---salon

i agree with daybs, enough sleep.

for those using moisturizer, if oily ang face mo, make use of a water base na moisturizer, like myra e LOL nag advertise pa ko hehehe

according to my ob, two glasses of water pag gising mo, a glass of water at least 45miunutes before each mean, and 2 glasses at 4 or 5pm would help for a radiant glow sa skin, pati na din sa pag detoxify ng chembols.

Ako I use moisturizer for my talampakan. Golly they so dry I can scratch the surface of our fake wood floor. Fake na yun ha na i-iscratch pa.

^Dry din feet ko kasi lagi ako naka-open sandals. Try mo lagyan ng petroleum jelly tapos magmedyas ka before you sleep. And baby oil after your bath.

homemade facial scrub. just add a teaspoon of brown sugar to your facial wash and say hello to more radiant skin

adding olive oil to the mixture also works wonders.

moisturizer sa face syempre lalo if everyday make-up kailangan sa work eh... ang isa sa importante sa akin... ang hair.... blow dry para laging wavy and shinny hehehe

Soap ko cyleina organic (whitening and smoothening)
moisturizer - Q10 Organic sya from healthy option and Australian Emu Oil (online store) or GSE Oil (Online store din), Nivea din minsan mixed with the oils
Sunblock -Nivea
Somtimes nag totoner ako Q10 perfecting toner
and ENOUGH SLEEP talaga. kasi pag kulang ako sa tulog ang lalim ng mata ko at iba ang aura ko.

honey as facial cleanser,
and as facial scrub, mix mo sya with sugar or salt.
