about whey protein sa cash and carry
guys, marami akong gustong itanung, iisa isahin ko:
-mapagkakatiwalaan ba yung mga nagbebenta ng whey pro sa cash and carry?
natatakot kasi ako baka mamaya peke pala yun.
-balak ko sanang bilhin yung 100 gold standard whey pro, epektib ba na
pampalaki ng katawan to lalo na pag sinabayan ng pag ggym?
-wala ba tong masamang side effects? kasi yung dad ko tinatakot ako na
liliit daw tsaka di na eerect yung anu ko(alam nio na). ewan ko kung totoo yun
o nananakot lang dahil akala nya magpapabili ako sakanya, mahal kasi eh.
-para sa mga nakagamit na ilang buwan bago nauubos yung 5 lbs na whey pro?
-pwede na ba ko uminom ng ganitong klase ng supplement kahit na 16 palang
sobra kasing payat ng katawan ko simula nung pagkabata.
paxenxa kung maraming tanong ah, first time ko lang kasi susubukan uminom ng ganito, kasi desidido na talaga ako magpalaki ng katawan tapos maraming nanghihikayat sakin. sana masagot niyo lahat to o kahit yung iba lang sagutan nio yung iba hindi. god bless

^ ^ Are you lactose intolerant? By that I mean are you allergic to milk? Do you get diarrhea or get stomach acid or fart like a smoke stack when you drink milk?  If you are, then perhaps whey protein is not for you. If you want genuine whey protein, you may want to get them at GNC stores but be forewarned that you might get a sticker shock when you look at their prices  If you're really bent on buying it, it would be best to get the pure whey protein isolate (contains the least amount of lactose) if you are lactose intolerant. Avoid whey protein concentrates as they usually contain lactose and the amount can vary greatly from product to product. Some of these products have gluten (which is another source of bad allergies) which is something to avoid if you have Coeliac/Celiac disease.
If you really want to gain weight... eating is the first and most important factor that is needed to gain weight. It's simple - you need to eat more calories than you burn. This does not mean eating anything and everything that is not nailed down. Carefully plan your meals with foods that will help you gain lean mass, not fat. I suggest 6 meals. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and three other small meals scheduled throughout the day. The goal is to eat every 2.5 to 3 hours.
Focus on foods such as steak, chicken, fruit, milk, vegetables, cheese and assorted types of nuts. It's recommended to eat 4 - 6 pieces of fresh fruit a day, and at least four tall glasses of milk. Milk is a great, cheap protein source - take advantage of it, unless you are lactose intolerant. A sample snack meal would be a glass of milk/fresh fruit juice, an apple, and a hand full of peanuts.
Take time to lay out a meal plan. What you eat is the most important ingredient in a successful weight gain program.

Nagtry ako niyan bro, walang epek sakin. (Sabagay, puyatan kasi trabaho ko). Nagtry din ako nung sa supermarket na L-Men Gain Mass, di din gumana. Mas mahal sila kung tutuusin. Kaya ang ginawa ko, yung Ling Zhi ang binili ko. 400php lang ata for 50 tablets. Pwede din tingi ata. 2 tabs on the first week, then once per day after that. Lumakas ako kumain. Palagi akong may gana. Nawala allergic rhinitis ko. (Parang). I gained 4 kilos in 1 and a half month. Medyo nag weweights din ako sa bahay (ayoko sa gym, next time na lang, baka pagtawanan ako dun sa payat ko. Hahaha, btw, i'm 23 y/old, 5'8 1/2" ang height, 52 kilos, kaya di ako naghihintay ng sasakyan sa harap ng mga beerhouse, baka pagkamalan akong poste, ihian ako ng lasing. Hehehe.) Mabagal man, at least may progress. Tuwa na ko dun, to think na di ako kumakain ng gulay. Hahaha. Kung may pera namang lulustayin (muka namang meron), why not go for it? Nasa katawan din ng tao yan kung gagana as kanya ang isang gamot or supplement na tulad nyan.

Jay, can you tell us where you bought that Ling Zhi and what is it exactly? Herbal pills? Mapagkalan kang poste? Hehehe...mas mabuti na yan kesa mapagkamalang kang balyena, diba?  Eating is the key!! As you get older your metabolism will slow down. And you will start to gain weight. By then, you would be having a hard time keeping the weight off.

There's an easy Hobbit eating routine you can follow:
First breakfast, second breakfast, elevensies, luncheon, afternoon tea, dinner, and supper
=weight gain.
Now, if you want to gain weight the right way, you're going to have to go do some exercisin' along with your diet. Tama si SeanMartin. Kainin mo yung mga yon. You don't have to buy Whey yet. Especially, because you're just starting out. Familiarize yourself with your body first.
Mabuti na yung malaman mo yung tungkol sa nutrition ngayon. Kasi, yung ibang tao, mapayat nga sila nung bata pa sila, eh biglang tataba dahil hindi marunong mag-control ng sarili. Pareho parin kasi yung eating habits nila. Walang hintuan pag kumakain. Akala nila hindi sila tataba kasi payatin sila. Pero pag bumagal na yung metabolism, nagsisisi sila.
Anyways, kain lang ng kain tapos simulan mo na rin mag weights. Ganyan din ako dati. Nung highschool ako, tanda ko pa na 125 lbs lang ako. Tapos tuloy tuloy na hanggang naging 160 ako ngayon.

Sudo, when we left for the US, I looked like someone from Biafra or some poster boy from a third-world country where eating is a luxury. I was too skinny, perhaps 110 lbs (sorry I still use the English system of measurement). I was too skinny that they could have created a charity feeding program in my name  What I did was drink one glass of evaporated filled milk once a day...which is probably not too healthy. But then I started to gain a bit of weight...not too much....just enough. We were so poor, we could not even afford chicken...hehe
Dangerzone, don't be too impatient. You will get your wish if not soon then later. Being healthy does not equate being "mataba".
