Abs...
Palagay ko kailangan ko nang magpaliit ng tyan bago pa mahuli ang lahat may maisu-suggest ba kayong mga work out dyan or gamit for abs crunching?
I've seen total core sa tv tapos may mura akong nakita sa ad sites ok kaya yun?
I'm not really aiming to have a six-pack kailangan lang lumiit ng onti sumisikip na sa pants eh

sit ups/regular exercise lang o kaya kung meron ka ab machines mas ok.pero ang malaking maitutulong ay avoid too much liquid,lalo na beer & cold water.

Situps alone can't give you a six pack abs. You should also include cardiovascular exercises so it would reduce the fat from your belly. Yes situps can strengthen your core but you CANNOT SEE IT because your abdominal muscles is underneath the fat

ito ang kadalasang pagkakamali ng mga taong gusto magka abs:
1) sobra sa exercise: naniniwala kasi sila na pag mahabang oras sa pag eexercise, masmadaling makita ang abs..which is MALI!!! kailangan din ng pahinga para makita ang result!
2) Sit ups alone is not the asnwer!!! gaya ng sabi ng isang member, pampatigas ng tyan lamang to! kahit tanongin nyo pa ang mga gym instructor or boxer...kailangan mo talaga ng ibang work out...even sex...as long as pagpawisan ka....

Kung sa workout program para sa abs ang kelangan, napakaraming program ang handang handa na. Ang kelangan na lang e yung desidido at desiplinadong taong gagawa nito. ngunit kung iaasa mo lang sa workout program para lumiit ang tyan mo, sige para sakin bibigyan kita ng 50% na grade para dyan. It means hindi basta workout proram lang ang kelangan mo.
Syempre kelangan mo rin isama ang proper diet. una sa lahat e panatilihin mo ang yong metabolism. Kumain ka lang kung totoong nagugutom ka at oras ng pagkain mo, pero hindi pagkain ng isang despiradong gutom. Kumain ng masusustansyan pagkain tulad ng mani o mga prutas sa trabaho makakabubuting may laman palagi ang tyan sa loob ng 3 oras habang ikaw ay nasa trabaho.
Kung gusto mong bawasan ang intake ng iyong pagkain, inirerekomenda ko sayo ang pagkain ng fiber. nagagawa nito satin ay pakiramdam natin ay palagi tayong busog ng matagal. kaya nababawasan nito ang intake ng food sayong katawan. Kumain ka ng pagkaing mayaman sa fiber, dahil nababawasan nito ang iyong cholesterol at napapanatiling malusog ang iyong puso. karamihan sa fiber ay tulad ng brown rice, and cereal, wholegrain bread, beans and lentils. ngunit iwasan ang masyadong pagkain ng fiber kasi kung maadik ka naman sa fiber e baka sumakit ang tyan mo at mauwi sa kostipasyon at kabag.
panatilihin din uminum ng 8 basong tubig o higit pa.
Kelangan mo ng maiiging balanse sa pagkain at kasabay ng mahusay na workout program para makuha mo ang mabilis na magandang resulta ng ninanais mo para sa abs mo.
