Balanced diet

Cardio workout (anything pampapawis to burn fats)

Sit-ups and other ab workout
-start with 50 or less then gradually increase the number of sit-ups every day
-50 then 70 then 90. it's up to you as long as you increase the number every single day.
-in my case I started with 50 now I can do as much as 300 per day

kung meron akong sanang pambabilis ng pagburn ng taba siguro pang bench body na ako..

hirap nga magka abs. isang buwan ako nag exercise target ang core pero wla pa din lumiit lang tyan ko may belly fats pa din ako. hanggang sa nawalan ng tym at ayun tinamad na. dapat tlga may goal at determinasyon yung tipong kelangan ko to gawin kasi sasali ka isang competition or papapansin lang sa gf or crush mo yung tipong mga ganun ako kasi wla. hehe!
