I used to be underweight, as in rail-thin! My weight only started to pick up after I changed my lifestyle to eating more protein and healthy starches like potatoes and kamote. Drinking milk and milk products helped me too, but I try to avoid fatty foods because of their negative effect on health.

..my mga tao talaga kasing hirap silang mag gain ng weight eh!Pero kain lang ng kain, hehe! try mo yong small frequent feeding, wag yong 3 meals a day lang, small but not heavy meal. More than 6 meals a day siguro gawin moh..

Gain weight ... drink lots of coke and eat lots of chocolates before you sleep. Don't exercise. Should be able to gain real fast.

If you're young you might still be enjoying a fast metabolism which means no amount of eating will help you. As you get older your metabolism will start to slow down and that's when you see your weight catching up. Sometimes it happens fast so be careful what you wish for. I know people like that and they ate with reckless abandon. Ayun, they now look "whalish" (if there is such a word) or "Jabba the Huttish" and they now have a problem trying to lose the excess baggage. You are better off eating a balanced organic diet so when the time comes you won't balloon like Carrie Fisher (Princess Leia in Star Wars).

vitamins. try mo yung mga food supplements na mabibili sa mga gym lalo na yung mga amino acids. tsaka yung mga weight gaining drinks. sa mga gym may mga ganyan. Problema ko din kung pano mag pa taba...

It is all in the calories. If you arent gaining weight then it means you have fast metabolism and you need to eat more

I've been eating more and my metab's gone haywire all of a sudden. Last yr, I only weighed in at 54kg and I was skinny as sh*t! (that was after my mom died, I was 63kg before that). Kept eating and eating but my weight just won't budge.
Early this yr I smacked in back at 63kg. This December I'm now at 70kg and I've lost my skinny abs =P
