I find it weird and amusing - two guys who look equally attractive, with good financial standing, both with distinct sense of humor, witty and generally with great personality turned out to be gay. They weren't (decided) before I met them and it came as a surprise to me when they finally told me. I was surprised not because gay men existed but to the fact that THEY were attracted to each other.
Girls at work envied me for being close to these men, unknown to them, I'm the least of their concern. Sigh. I want to make them guys and to stop liking each other or other men for that matter. Can I? Should I?

It's the equivalent of a guy who feels sorry for attractive lesbians and attempts to have sex with them in the hopes of making them straight.
So the attractive guys are gay, BFD. If their being gay poses a reason for someone else to want to change them, then the latter's intentions become questionable. It's akin to forcing a person to convert into a belief system that doesn't agree with their principles.
