Which is better for you, romance or a friends with benefits arrangement?

We've all watched, or at least heard of, the movie that was released in September last year,which popularised the idea of a friend with benefits, a relationship that Wikipedia describes as both physical and emotional, yet without the demands or extra commitment of a more formal romance. It's an interesting concept, most men will admit, especially in an age when even the middle class is contemplating a prenuptial agreement before finalising the wedding date. But when it comes to the real world, how do you decide whether a friend with benefits arrangements is better than a real relationship?..

Di ko pa ata nattry yung friends with benefits na yan... but I am willing to try. hahaha..

Kasi I tried both before... and all i can say is there is no permanent relationship in this world unless you put your heart, mind and commitment to it. Having a Romantic Relationchip doesnt guarantee that both parties wouldnt break up. And having friends with benefits wouldnt guarantee that both parties would not end up wanting each other for the rest of their lives in the long run.

So I like to have both ^^ ehehehe...

being friends with benefits is fun, exciting pero the relationship rarely lasts as affection can never be ruled out sa ganun set up. Sa romantic relationship kasi, required ang commitment and hard work to keep it up. But if you ask me, all that hard work is worth it

because FRIENDS WITH BENEFITS are just for playboys and playgirls...

Kung anuman ang piliin mo sa dalawa eh dapat walang agrabyado at walang niloko at nanloko.
Dapat may malinaw na linya kung ano kayo at gang saan ang limitasyon nyo.

Ang problema lang sa friends with benefits eh sooner or later may maiinlove na isa dun sa isa…
Ang sex daw kasi eh nagrerelease nang love hormone na ang sabi the more you have sex with that person the more you’ll think you’re in love with him/her.

Pero pareho lang naman yang may nasasaktang isa sa dulo o minsan nga pareho pang nasasaktan.
Yun nga lang sa FWB/FUBU eh wala kang karapatang umamin na nasaktan ka at wala kang karapatang manumbat.

i can never be in a friends with benefit situation for 2 reasons.

1. i can't see my self have sex with a friend. when i call someone a "friend", that means we have a bond. i differentiate an acquaintance, companion, and a friend. so for me to sleep with a "friend"...that's too gross. it's like sleeping with family or something...that line should just not be crossed. i'm thinking about one of my guy friend na tuloy and the thought alone of possibly doing it with him makes me want to puke.

2. if i'm not that close to the friend and i'm somewhat attracted to him naman, i wouldn't want to have sex with him. i'll get hurt. i know i'll attach myself even more and it's not what he wants, so why put myself through that.

hence for me...it's not that i prefer romantic relationship, it's just that i can't do the FWB.
