T-ara’s Ji-yeon will be making a special appearance in the MBC hit sitcom, “Highkick Through the Roof“. In the episode, Ji-yeon will play the role of a cute but rebellious teenage girl who falls in love with Jung Jun-hyuk at first sight and follows him around, pestering him.
Unfortunately, as stated above, this will just be a special appearance and Ji-yeon will not be a steady character in the sitcom. So all you T-ara fans out there who don’t watch ”Highkick Through the Roof”, don’t forget to tune in this coming November 10th, to catch a glimpse of Ji-yeon.

Super Junior and Girls Generation brighten up SPAO
Holy colors Batman!
As if SM Entertainment darlings Super Junior and Girls Generation weren’t cute enough, both groups are set to endorse the newly launched clothing brand SPAO. Though a full catalog has yet to be released, eager fans have gotten a hold of a few promo shots and by the looks of things, colorful fall/winter gear with a touch of All-American prep seems to be the theme.
For the girls, that means that brightly winter staples (like down jackets and tights) are the ticket. As for the boys, brightly-colored hoodies and accessories are a go.
And if neon yellow tights aren’t your thing, it looks like the rugby shirt is making a comeback. Why not give the prep look a try…though I highly suggest you skip the helmet. That may be a look that only Si-won can pull off.

Off to college Seo-hyun goes, alongside SNSD’s Yuri and Big Bang’s Seung-ri.
Not too long ago, we reported that SNSD’s Yuri and Big Bang’s Seung-ri were accepted to Chung-Ang University. And just earlier today, it has been reported that all three idol members have also been accepted to Dongguk University.
An official of Dongguk University stated that Seo-hyun, Seung-ri and Yuri were all accepted in their University’s acting major, in a fair 10.67 to 1 competition. So basically, Yuri and Seung-ri now have the privilege of deciding whether they would like to be a freshman student, at either Dongguk or Chung-Ang University.
Congratulations to Seo-hyun, Seung-ri and Yuri! Whichever college the three choose, we hope they all have a stable college experience.

With a 51% chance of a “yes,” and short on time, JYP and the girls chartered a plane at the cost of 40 million won (30 thousand USD) to meet with the head of a nationwide clothing store chain in Columbus, Ohio in the middle of their tour with the Jonas Brothers. He told the big wig that the Wondergirls will be the next big stars and had them dance in front of him. The CEO gave the ok and had the Wondergirls CDs in his stores. As a result, the Wondergirls sold 34 thousand copies and able to hit the Billboard Top 100.

Recently, Girls Generation (SNSD) member Yuri’s family photo has been circulating online and this is the first time we get a glimpse of her older brother. Check him out.
He’s not too bad, although he looks like his style inspiration is John Travolta from Saturday Night Fever. Maybe if he tossed the chunky necklace, got a better haircut and shaved off the peach fuzz, he would look presentable in 2009.
