Learn to respect your staff when you become a boss. Most of the time good leadership mean good staff as well, hawaan yan.

I've experienced that, I was an ordinary employee, felt so little and so uncomposed when higher officers shout at me at pinamumukha na "you are at low level" in the organization. The hell! I resigned and went self-employed, setup my own. What I have experienced as an ordinary employee became my strength, now I know how to treat those who are in need, those (tauhan) I handle. Charge to experience ika nga.

di porke tapos na ang trabaho mo... papasok ka ng 9am at uuwi ka ng 6pm.

di ganun dapat may pake ka at konsiderasyon sa katrabaho mo... doon sa pinangggalingan ng trabaho bago sayo at dun sa pupuntahan ng trbaho pagkatapos mong gawin yung trabaho mo.

pero higit sa lahat, natuto me di umasa sa iba kung meron ako di alam sa trabaho.ang sarap pala ng feeling nung ako na mismo nagtroubleshoot ng pc pagnag loloko... saka kapag di alam ng mga amo at ako lang nakaka alam...

be patient with the patients.
some could be lying about their pain but still treat them with respect kahit wala ka ng compassion, respeto na lang.
educate, educate, educate!
ask for help from your co-workers, they're very valuable.

Learn to use the system before you complain... adik kung ano anong complain e di pa naman nasusubukan ang system... kainis ang mga NEGA... sabi nga ng dati kung boss instead of dwelling with the problem... go ahead and find a solution.....

I've learned that...

- I should shut down gossip as soon as it rears its ugly head.
- I should be careful about who to trust.
- I can build relationships for years and have it crumbled in just one day because of a misunderstanding.
- there are things I can do as a team member and things that I prefer to do on my own (too many cooks spoil the broth).
- I have to be assertive if I want credit for my ideas.
- I have to be driven otherwise someone who is not as skilled as I am will have the better chance at a promotion.
- when it comes to work, sometimes it's who you know, not what you know.

- Learn all you can. You never know when it will be useful.
- Set boundaries.
- Remember to eat.
